For customized or altered items, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We are not liable for fitting issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

• Returned scrubs must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

• Change of mind is not applicable for returns or exchanges.

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted for manufacturing defects or incorrect items.

• Customized or altered scrubs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
