At Osso Scrubs, we value transparency and want our customers to shop with confidence. Please review our policies before placing your order:

🔹 Payment Policy

  • Customized Scrubs: A 50% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation.

  • Standard Sizes: You can pay through Cash on Delivery (COD) or via online payment methods (bank transfer, card, or wallet).

🔹 Return & Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • Returned scrubs must not be worn, washed, or damaged.

  • Change of mind is not applicable for returns or exchanges.

  • Customized scrubs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
